Pour notre part, nous sommes très fiers d’avoir obtenu une étoile pour notre muscat sec rencontre 2013 et deux étoiles pour philosophe 2013. Avec nos notations de Vignerons Indépendants, Sud de France TOP 100 et Decanter- cette une belle année, surtout pour notre gamme des IGP Vin de Pays d’Hérault!

This cuvée of moelleux, born from muscat blanc à petits grains, was matured 8 months in the vat and one year in oak. Draped in a very light robe, she offers a nose of a rare complexity, combining honey, acacia, peach, apricot and vanilla. A beautiful homogenity in which one finds a sensation in the mouth perfectly balanced between acidity and sweetness. Lots of harmony and a long aromatic persistence.
